Celebrating Successful Outcomes

HealthSouth recognizes its employees by selecting an “Employee of the Month” who demonstrates exceptional work and a commitment to making our hospital a wonderful place for patients to recover.  An “Employee of the Quarter” is then selected from the pool of “Employee’s of the Month”.  The selected employees are rewarded and publicly acknowledged.  “Employees of the Month” are then eligible for the “Employee of the Year” award which is determined by a staff vote.

 Our CRRN®’s are acknowledged with their certificates framed and hung on a wall in our patient care area.  They are also acknowledged each year with a celebratory dinner with the Hospital CEO.

 National Rehabilitation Week is celebrated annually with a week of festivities and fun events to acknowledge our staff and patients.  It is a week dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of our patients and those that live with disabilities as well as those that have dedicated their careers to rehab.
