Tammy Feuer

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining HealthSouth Vineland in 2008, Tammy was a 25-year veteran of Lourdes Health System. She most recently served as a member of the system’s senior leadership team, where she was responsible for the administration of a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, a home care agency and clinical services at two acute care hospitals. She is an active member of the New Jersey Hospital Association Rehabilitation Advisory Committee and serves on the National Advisory Council for the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation. She is also a former surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Tammy earned her master's degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Gilbert Siu, D.O., Ph.D

Medical Director

Dr. Siu joined HealthSouth Vineland as Medical Director in July of 2011. He holds dual doctorate degrees in osteopathic medicine and philosophy in molecular biology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and dual bachelors’ degrees in biochemistry and biology from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he graduated magna cum laude. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital/Moss Rehab and a traditional osteopathic internship at Crozier Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Siu also serves as assistant professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s School of Osteopathic Medicine and is actively conducting research in neuro-rehabilitation and trauma.

Sharon Dillon

Chief Nursing Officer

Sharon brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of nursing to the HealthSouth leadership team. Throughout her career, she has served in several nursing leadership roles in both acute and post acute settings and most recently served as the director of nursing at Jenner's Pond Inc. in Delaware. Sharon is a clinical nurse specialist and holds a bachelor's and master's degree in nursing from Wesley College.

Matt Ferro

Director of Therapy Operations and Quality and Risk Management

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in health studies and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University. He is also pursuing a master's of business administration degree in leadership from Liberty University. With more than 12 years of experience, Matt joined HealthSouth Vineland after serving as the manager of rehabilitation services in the home care division of Virtua, located in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

Leslie Jones

Director of Marketing Operations

Leslie has more than a decade of experience in healthcare with focus in the areas of case management, discharge planning, medical sales and marketing, business development, and payer and physician relations. She is an active member in her community and currently serves as a board member for the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for various non-profit organizations. Leslie earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

Marla Maybrook

Director of Quality and Risk Management

Marla joined HealthSouth in 2012 She has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in the areas of quality management and performance improvement, most recently serving as chief quality officer at The Memorial Hospital of Salem County, New Jersey, for five years. Marla earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in health administration from Warren National University.

Dawn Pearson

Director of Human Resources

Dawn earned an associate’s degree in accounting and computing and holds certification as a professional in human resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She has more than 20 years of human resource experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn has received several awards throughout her career in human resources.

Eugenio Rocksmith, M.D.

Neuro-Rehabilitation Program Director

As a traumatic brain injury survivor, Dr. Rocksmith brings unique perspective to the physical and emotional aspects of brain injury survivors. He serves as the Neuro-Rehabilitation Program Director and attending rehabilitation neurologist at HealthSouth Vineland. He is also the physician owner of Neuro-Rehabilitation Associates of Southern NJ, LLC. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Rocksmith leads a monthly brain injury support group to help patients and families across New Jersey. Prior to joining HealthSouth Vineland in 2008, Dr. Rocksmith was the attending rehabilitation neurologist at the Rehabilitation Hospital of South Jersey. His educational background includes: a bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs; a doctorate degree in medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School; a OBGYN residency at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens; a neurology residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School; and a neuro-rehabilitation fellowship at Weill Medical College of Cornell University and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, New York. Dr. Rocksmith is a board-certified neurologist.
